Multichannel Compatible Aluminum Cooling Block

Keep samples cool, organized, and ready for multichannel transfers.

This aluminum cooling block helps distribute cooling evenly while keeping tubes neatly arranged. Prechill the block or place it on ice to help keep samples cool during handling.

The block holds 24 × 1.5/2.0 mL tubes and 36 × 0.2 mL tubes and comes in DAPI Blue or mCherry Pink. With 18 mm spacing between the 1.5/2.0 mL tube positions, you can use alternating tips on a compatible 12-channel pipette to transfer six samples at a time into alternating wells of a 96-well plate. Shift over by one well for the second group—that’s 12 samples in two transfers instead of 12.
