The BenchArt™ 40-Tube Rack is a third-party alternative to the original Cytek 40-tube rack for the Automated Sample Loader (ASL) used with Cytek Aurora and Northern Lights flow cytometers. It holds up to 40 standard 12 × 75 mm tubes, and compatibility with the original rack configuration has been demonstrated in BenchArt testing. Users must verify fit and operation on their specific instrument before use.

Manufactured from PETG using fused deposition modeling (FDM), the rack also features a footprint matching the length and width of a 96-well microplate. This provides potential for incubation on shakers with suitable microplate holders and for integration into automated liquid-handling workflows. These additional applications have not been tested by BenchArt and require independent testing, setup, and validation by the user.

Visible layer lines and minor surface variations are normal characteristics of FDM manufacturing and do not affect the rack’s intended function. This rack must not be centrifuged.
